Refund Policy

At The Be Better Academy by Oliver Bukasa, we are committed to providing high-quality mindset and performance coaching, courses, and consulting services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Coaching Services

• Coaching fees are non-refundable once a program has begun, as sessions involve personalized guidance and time investment.

• If you need to reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

• Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be eligible for a credit toward future coaching but are not refundable.
   

2. Digital Products & Courses

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

• If you experience technical issues accessing a course or resource, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
   

3. Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds may be considered in rare cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

• Decisions on refunds in exceptional cases are made at our discretion.
   

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
